Donna Rigney is a pastor, prophetic voice, author, speaker, and co-founder of His Heart Ministries International. Known for her deep intimacy with Jesus and powerful encounters with the Holy Spirit, Donna has dedicated her life to helping others experience God’s love, healing, freedom, and glory. Through prophetic ministry, teaching, worship gatherings, and intercession, she passionately encourages believers to pursue a deeper relationship with God and walk boldly in their divine purpose.
Together with her late husband, Pastor Jack Rigney, Donna faithfully built His Heart Ministries International into a ministry centered on God’s presence, compassion for people, and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit. Today, she continues to carry that vision forward, ministering nationally and internationally through conferences, church services, media appearances, online broadcasts, and revival gatherings.
Donna is also the author of multiple books and is widely recognized for sharing prophetic revelations, heavenly encounters, and messages of hope that inspire people to draw closer to Jesus. Her ministry is marked by salvation, healing, deliverance, miracles, and passionate prayer for individuals, families, and nations.
Through Donna Rigney Ministries and His Heart Ministries International, Donna’s heart remains focused on creating an atmosphere where people can encounter the presence of God, be restored, and experience lasting transformation through the power of the Holy Spirit.
