Donna Rigney
Donna Rigney is a pastor, author, and prophetic voice whose life and ministry flow from a deep intimacy with Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Through supernatural encounters, teaching, and intercession, she passionately reveals God’s love, brings healing to the hurting, and releases freedom to those in need. Building on the legacy she and her late husband Jack began, Donna continues to lead His Heart Ministries Int. while inspiring countless lives to pursue the presence and glory of God.

John Rigney
John and Jennifer Rigney have both served in many areas of ministry from a very young age. They have 4 adult children and were blessed to have their children serving beside them for many years, as they Pastored their church in Rhode Island. In 2018 they relocated to North Carolina.
John and Jennifer are passionate about pursuing God’s presence and helping others connect with God in deep way. Their love and compassion for people stems from the heart of God and from their own personal journey.
