Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DonnaRigney.org website (“Site”), operated by His Heart Ministries International, a nonprofit religious organization organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (“Ministry,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, making donations, purchasing products, registering for events, or otherwise engaging with the Ministry, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.

2. Use of Website

By accessing and using this Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.

 

3. Product Purchases and Return Policy

All sales of products through the Site, including but not limited to books, digital media, audio recordings, and merchandise, are final.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will be accepted unless the product is received in a defective or damaged condition. In such cases:

  • You must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the defective or damaged product.

  • You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

  • Upon verification, at our sole discretion, we will either issue a replacement product or refund the purchase price.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.

 

4. Donations

All donations made to His Heart Ministries International are considered voluntary and irrevocable gifts. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Donations are unrestricted and will be used at the sole discretion of the Ministry to further its religious and charitable purposes.

  • Donations are non-refundable. Refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of the Ministry in rare and exceptional circumstances.

  • Making a donation does not entitle you to any goods, services, or tangible benefits, unless expressly stated.

Your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.

 

5. Event Registrations and Cancellations

All registrations for events hosted by His Heart Ministries International are subject to availability and acceptance by the Ministry.

The Ministry reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events at its sole discretion. In the event of a Ministry-initiated cancellation:

  • Registered participants may receive a full or partial refund, or be offered the opportunity to transfer their registration to a rescheduled event.

  • The Ministry will not be liable for any other costs incurred by participants in connection with event cancellations, including but not limited to travel or lodging expenses.

Refunds will not be issued for participant-initiated cancellations unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, teachings, and software, are the property of His Heart Ministries International or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted under applicable law.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Flagler County, Florida, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

 

10. Changes to Terms

His Heart Ministries International reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
